I am wondering what you guys think of the rear tires at 315/30r21 for the rear? I read an article about a track car (explorer st) that is set up for the track. Has roll cage and setup with 4 seats. They used a 315/30/21 for rear. Wondering if anyone has that size on their rear and if you can offer your expierence with them on the street. Also, wondering what widest set can go on the front without rubbing during turning. All this on H&R lowering springs. I am looking for a very aggressive stance. I like the low look with a little negative camber on wide wheels and large quad exhaust tips, 4" tips.

I ran 315’s square on 10.5” wheels.
You could run a 12” wheel out back if you did the math and got the offset right and fit a 325 back there pretty easily.

You ran 315/35r22 though without a problem right?

Yes. I wouldn’t recommend it if there was a fitment issue.
Some have ran an 11” wheel up front but they stick out too far for my liking so I wouldn’t recommend that. There’s just not enough strut clearance to work with. The rear is wide open for playing around.

What do you mean by fitment issue?

Currently running 22x10.5 square with 315/35-22 Conti DWS. Stock springs and no rubbing anywhere at all. She looks good with 4 fat tires on her.

Steeda springs on order, looks like everything should still clear when lowered about an inch.

@UNBROKEN 315/35/22 are about .3 in bigger in diameter than the 305/35/22 - and obviously wider as well.. i want to run a 315/35/22 in the rear and 305/35/22 upfront - i went with the +30 offset - will the 315 fit?

If your car is AWD there’s too much difference in OD between those 2. It’ll freak out the computer. You can run 315 square though.

Yep. There are quite a few running them (thanks to @UNBROKEN who did all the math to verify it would all fit) I've loved the look on mine.
