Wheel offset Question.

Hello everyone,

I was interested in swapping in a wider 20 inch wheel... The stock width is 8.5 - Offset is 44. Been debating between a 20x9 and a 20x9.5 wheel ---
I dont know much about wheels / offsets... but If I go with a 20x9 with an offset of 30,The site that I calculated said it would stick out .81 more, could i fit a wider tire in there as well?
So that made me wonder, if I can even get 20x9.5 and what the offset for it should be. Sorry for the multipart question.

Thanks for the help!

You can fit as wide as 10.5”
+30 on that is flush with the fenders.
For a 9.5” wheel you’d be looking for about a +35 offset and a 295/45 tire. I wouldn’t go any more narrow than that. These things need a wide tire under them.

21x9 + 25 would you need a 5mm spacer to be flush to the fender using the 275 ties?
