My usb port in front has quit working. One in the back seat works but not with the radio. Was wondering if for some crazy reason there was a switch somewhere to power on and off. Not likely but you never know unless you ask. Tried a known good cord. Any help would be great, Might have to take in to the dealer.

No switch. Are you talking the USB-A or USB-C port...are they both out?

Not sure which one is which. Not real tech savy. Sorry, It's the one in the front cubby hole in the center console. Went out this afternoon with a new cable and all the cables worked. Must have been a glich. I notice every once in a while the Sirus radio does not work either, I hate intermittent problems.

USB2.0-3.0 is the square plug, USB-C is an oval plug.

I also found that the device has to be formatted to fat32. Some of the new drives being sold now are formatted to exFat. I had to download a conversion tool to change that and then the device worked perfectly. I am using the USB-C for music to allow the USB-A (2.0-3.0) available for the iPhone.
