Last bit of research(Huge shout out to all you owners, your questions and comments have proven invaluable in my decision to spend 50 large on an SUV). I live in an urban jungle where quick u-turns are a necessary for survival. Anyone know what the turning radius/circle is for the 2020 ST?

I don’t know what the turning radius is but I can tell you it’s a lot tighter than I expected it to be. I was pleasantly surprised.

Thank you. Good to know. You would think it would be a talking point. My 07 Acura TL type S sucks. Almost 40'. Makes u-turns a B on tight streets.

I'm not sure what it is either but I can tell you it's very good for a large SUV. I've had no issues making u-turns on a two lane road.

Must have something to do with the RWD platform. Was worried about the AWD drivetrain making the turning circle larger.

I came out of Escapes which turn so tight they almost bite themselves in the ass..... Like FordHousePBX, I was sure I'd not be happy with the ST's turning radius. In fact, I was overjoyed!!! Not quite Escape-tight, but damn closer than I thought possible. It's like when you turn 3 clicks to the right and stomp on the go pedal. You aren't a performance dude (or dudette) if you're not smiling...

I previously had a 2007 SS Trailblazer which was about a good foot shorter and the Explorer ST turns way tighter. I was amazed when I did my first U turn.
