Need some help with finding a needle in a haystack... I've got about 4k miles on the H&R springs and bora spacers. Explorer developed a bit of a snap/pop/click about 1k miles ago at low speed turns or when going up/down a driving garage or driveway. It also has a slight creak noise on angle up or down. I've had the wheels and spacers torqued and re-torqued to ensure nothing was loose there, even had the strut mounts in the front replaced under TSB as a potential. 2 Dealerships unable to pinpoint the noise but say all components are tight and in functioning order after "rigorous" testing. I'd like to install the adjustable rear swaybar and steeda end links, but want to make sure to take care of this annoiance first before tightneing things up even more. Any ideas?? Usually has the worst/loudest pop first thing in the morning when making a right turn then smaller gradual clicks/squeaks as you turn at lower speeds. I'm lost.

Have you checked the springs to make sure they are fully seated? In the past, I've seen where they weren't installed in the correct position and they move around causing a noise.
