You don't see any for a month, then three show up at the same time...

A black & a white on the 14 South & a black on Valencia Blvd/Soledad Cyn in Santa Clarita in the space of less than an hour.

I see at least 10 STs every day. They're far more common by me than any other trim. Hell, I see me Aviators than XLT/Limited/Platinum Explorers!

Ditto. I know there's a red & a white around town. I think part of the reason is the reputation of our Ford dealer, no one is going to drop that kind of coin with the clowns at the local dealer. It's 2 miles from the house, the ST came from another dealer 40 miles away... plus the local dealer has 2 SuperDutys, an F150 & 2 used Lincolns on the lot last time I drove past. They've sold or leased half the lot & buildings to an outfit that sells used cars. No longer sell new Lincolns.

I've got two in my neighborhood! A Green that looks way better in person than the pictures i've seen and a black one. Both completely stock so never sure if they notice the differences when I drive by them.

I think Ford has said ST's make up about 20% of the take rate for each model year.

I see a butt-ton of Explorers in my neck of the woods. I see mostly XLT's and Limited here. Next up would be the ST's and then Platinum's. The rare ones to see on the road are the King Ranches and Base models. I think i've only ever seen 1-2 base model in person.

For my neighborhood Explorers, there are two XLTs with sport appearance package plus my ST. Neighbor's good friend who is always over their house with their kids has a Limited. One of the soccer mom's at the school drop off drives a red ST. In my work parking lot, two XLT's and my ST.
