Has anyone ever seen a brake-wear pattern like this on a disc before? This is my front driver's side and it almost looks like the pad is too small or something is stuck between the pad and the disc and it's only this disc. I haven't noticed any pulling or vibrations but I've also never seen this on any car I've owned before. TIA

I would do an aggressive bed-in procedure for brake pads. In fact, I try to do this periodically to avoid brake judder. It may help in your case where it looks like the pad has uneven wear on the rotor.
