ST Street Pack w/401A vs ST High Performance Pack

Need some clarification on these two packages. Selecting 401A includes "ST Street Pack" which appears to have the red calipers. Then there is a "ST High Performance Pack" for $600. They both appear the same and they both have similar language. Does anyone know what the difference is?
