Softer tires for 2021 ST?

My stock 275/45/21 Pirelli Scorpions are nearing the end and I would like a softer tire. Thinking about increasing to a 50 or 55 profile, anyone try this? Any rub issues? Any other tire tricks to soften the ride? Love the car but not the ride.
