Was driving earlier then this popped up. Left the car off for a few hours went back and it was gone.. now when I use car play I can’t lower or raise the volume it only lets the prompt volume control go up. taking it to the dealer Thursday

The carplay issue is the WAZE app bug that is rearing it's ugly head yet again.

This same bug happened earlier in the year but it was fixed with an update. Now it's back. We'll just need to wait for an update.
When did our cars start acting like smartphones requiring updates to work right? We have to wait for the developer to get around to fixing their 'unverified' product? We are all beta testers now. This is lame.

Also have the same “prompt” issue.

Waze also broke the ICE in my last vehicle!
