Revs limited to 4k RPM

So, not sure what is going on, but when I rev it, it is limited to 4k RPM. Sorry for the video quality.

duh, googled it. Rev limiter in P. I have owned only hybrids for the last 14 years and when you press the accelerator in P nothing happens haha..
