Driver's seat back would move by itself sometimes after selecting a different memory setting and then driving for a few seconds. It could be reproduced by selecting a different memory seat setting (1/2/3 on door panel) between vehicle on/off cycles. For example, wife would get in after I had left it parked all night. She selected #1 on the door switch and the seat would correctly slide forward on the tracks to her desired position immediately upon pushing the button, but there was a 5-10 second delay in the seat back moving (recline/upright) to her desired position which feels unsettling and unsafe when you are driving along and not touching any seat buttons.
Complained about it to the dealer while it was in for a rear axle click/pop noise under warranty. Technician had to contact Ford seating engineer for support, took the door panel off, and found the memory switch failed an electrical test. Replaced the memory switch with BB5Z-14776-A ($131 retail, covered by warranty).

Between the axle and the seat switch, I was in a rental loaner ('19 Flex SEL) for 24 days!!

Glad that was fixed and everything’s ok. That would seem unsettling, driving on the freeway @ 75 mph then suddenly the seat changes position. If it reclined or even moved forward or backwards all the way, it would make it hard to work the pedals. Thx for the heads up. (y)
