All exhaust systems have some amount of condensation and water inside them and it’ll usually work its way out at slip joints like that. Make sure those clamps are tight AF. I usually go medieval on them with an impact gun.
Just looking at that clamp. I suspect it is not tight enough. That bolt should deform the band and pull it down into the spacer part of the clamp. Having said that if you have no leaks and no movement, tight is tight.
