My wife was driving the Explorer today. She started to accelerate and then shut off. The battery icon was blinking and message said Put car in neutral to start car. Any thoughts? I scanned the car and no codes came up.

This happened to me last month, I couldn't restart and had to be towed to dealership. It ended up being the fuel pump getting replaced at about 11,000 miles.
