These examples of issues I have noticed with my 2023 Explorer ST are not big things, but when you buy a $60,000+ vehicle, you expect better.
1. The lack of carpet binding between 1st and 2nd row seats.
2. No tray in center console - I watched a review of the 2023 model that showed it, but one was not in my Explorer upon delivery.
3. No envelope for the owners’ manual/registration/insurance card.
there are other small things, but I would like to hear from Ford on the rationale for some of this crappy stuff.
I will tell you - I may have bought my last Ford if it doesn’t turn around.
