Putting into Neutral??

Forgive me if this has already been answered but I did search through the forums and owners manual before asking you guys. With the exception of using the manual disengagement dodick in the center console is there a way to put the truck into neutral without starting the engine? Would have thought that at least in accessory mode and foot on the brake I could shift to neutral but the dial is still locked until the engine is running. I know this is first world problems but sometimes when putting tire shine on I want to be able to roll the vehicle a foot to get the area against the ground that I missed without starting the engine for 4 seconds.
