I have a 2025 Explorer
Problem with the Digital Gauge Cluster:

Customizable Display:
Drivers can customize the information displayed, including speed, RPM, fuel levels, trip information, and driver assistance settings.
Every couple of days, (especially when it hot 100+), the customizable display drops a couple of screens. I know you can only add seven different screens, and I use all seven.
But, it keeps dropping out these same screens:

Calm View
Driver Assistance
Temperature Gauges

I had them back in, and then hit the memory function, but that doesn’t work either.

I believe I'm the first to experience this.
Started last September, escalated with the severe temps/humidity here in MN within the last month.

Take it to the dealer...
Have them hook up a trace-device to the OBD2 port and look for communication errors between modules.
The tech found a connector that 'looked' like it was snapped together, but it was not.
This caused increased resistance in the connection, especially during extreme heat, that caused a communication failure on the CANBUS.
For me, it cause the primary display to NOT receive any data and remain blank during operation until the HVAC was able to cool down the cabin.

Another related issue I encountered was that I use a USB drive with MP3 files to play music, and the system would not acknowledge the flash drive for at least a minute after the vehicle was started.

Now that the connector is properly seated, that issue has gone away, the system starts playing music from the flash drive even before the center screen fully populates.

Wow, great answer! Thank you!
I'm taking the explorer in to the dealer tomorrow, but I will pass along your information in a helpful and polite way.
Thanks again
