Pro tip: Don't get your car serviced at Montrose Ford.

Brought my Explorer to get an alignment, they tried to ring up extra charges by saying my struts needed to come out and rear subframe adjusted for a proper adjustment. In the end they did a shit job (zero'd the toe but no camber adjustments) that I will need to get properly done somewhere else. Oh, and I refused to pay for it.

Thanks. I'll have to go there next. I just didn't think I needed a specialty alignment. I even did the camber adjustment in the rear so they wouldn't tell me they couldn't get the rear in stock range. The real problem at Montrose is they tried to drum up extra charges
