No WI-FI Hotspot

Hello all, I’m new here. I have a 2022 Explorer ST. My issue is I can’t find the Wi-Fi hotspot. It does connect to a Wi-Fi, which is labeled fordfes-WiFi not at my house, but if I drive down the road, it will connect,connect my phone to it, and it says no Internet connection in yellow lettering. I’ve called AT&T. They have no answer. Call Ford technology department and they told me I need to go to the dealer which I hate going to

Pretty sure that whole thing has been abandoned by Ford. If you open up the newly renamed "Ford" app and tap "Connected Services", there's nothing available.

I have a 2018 Ford escape titanium and it has it. I have a subscription through AT&T.
I guess I’m gonna have to dig a little deeper
