Installed a front and rear dashcam today and everything is fine except I can't get the A Pillar Trim back on and snapped in place. I've done this before on my 2024 Ranger Raptor with no issues, but this one is a Bear. Only took the top sectipon away from the headliner to get the wires under the airbag. But the Top guide pin and Metal clip aren't holding. Ended up taking the whole this off to locat the other clip which had come out as well, and got it back together but the Top clip still won't hold. Nothing broken as far as I can tell.
Anybody familiar with this reinstallation or have a video on what's peculiar about this one?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Chav, I have the same issue, I just noticed the trim is not fully engaged and when opening passenger door I see the space between plastic and pillar. I tried to push it up, it seem to click in the top clip but still is not fully in place. How did you solve it? Thanks for you help

Getting the clips to seat are nearly impossible. They are on a flexible base and are easily deflected when trying to seat them firmly.
What I had to do is remove the A pillar entirely and release the Two Tethers from the pillar by twisting the end out if the slots they connect into. Then remove the Tethers from the metal brackets and push the two tethers into the clips on the pillar. Push the tether ends back into the slot where they belong. Then you push the pillar back onto the chassis pushing the tethers into the metal brackets that hold them in place. Those go in easily and stay in place. The toughest part of the reinstall is getting the vent opening over the connection at the very front of the pillar. I clipped each corner of the vent connector on the pillar to give it some relief in fitting over the lower connection. Not as complicated as it sounds.
