N Gauge questions with PBD Tune

So Thinking about going to Palm Beach Dyno for a tune, my question is I already have an N Gauge. I use it in my Vette as a multi-gauge/ethanol content gauge but its not married to the car or holding any tuning info for it. Wondering if I could use it to tune and datalog for Rob on the ST until we get it done then just move it back to the Vette for its multi gauge use? Or would it just be better to buy an MVPI2 and go that route? Thanks in advance!
