Between 5 and 30 miles an hour I started noticing a metallic rattling sound, like sheet metal loose. Started all of a sudden around 4k miles. After a bit of research I found there is a TSB on it regarding flex pipes getting loose. Simple fix, put worm clamps on it.
Took the car to the dealership, fixed no problem under warranty. The front desk guy said another ST had a similar issue last week that he dealt with, around the same mileage.
