Loud clunk when launching E50 tuned 26’

Hey guys, newb here. I’ve got a 26’ with an E50 tune that clunks hard when shifting and launching from a stop. It seems to be coming from back further than the teams but it’s hard to tell. I do have a rear diff brace too. Any thoughts?
