Greetings All -
I am hoping someone has come across this issue before and was able to find a solution.
I am having a motorsport shop install Valvtronic valved mufflers on my 2023 Explorer ST. Also being installed are CVFab catted downpipes and Vibrant Resonators.
Based on the set up in this video from Valvtronic
However, the shop is saying they can't get the carbon fiber tips up close to the bumper valance because the clearance needed between the actuator valve and the underside of the car body won't allow it (see pic 01 - big gap)
They say the can flip the mufflers but then the valves and vacuum tubes are visible and more exposed to damage.
Alternately they might tilt the muffler body to have the tips come up at an angle to get closer to the valance...
Looking for wisdom - thanks!
