Issue with battery?

We have a 2025, not that we are upset about this but our auto/start stop quit working we think after the November OTA update. We thought it was more due to weather being colder but in January we had another update and each time it attempted it kept saying the update was interrupted. We were told to take to dealership. We did and they did the update but the auto start stop still didn't work. I can't really recall everything they did but they did "renew" is what he called it for the battery and also did a full charge and a BMS reset. We got the car back and it worked the first day, woke up following day it didn't work, didn't work until it suddenly did, next day it didn't work again. We are tired of taking it to dealership but we suspect the battery. Has anyone replaced the battery with a better one? We do not drive long distances which we have read could be part of draining. It's a pain to put a tender on there every night.

Yeah we are definitley not sad it's not working, I guess what we are worried about is the next OTA update and it wont do it becasue battery is too low.

Then put a battery tender on it whenever you want to update the system. Or just try replacing your battery, 99.9% chance it is low on charge and needs to be replaced.

That’s not the problem, either your battery is bad or just low on charge.

Using a battery tender has helped me to get 4+ years out of the OEM battery on my ’21.
