Incoming calls, no sound

I updated sync a couple of weeks ago, and now the audio doesn't work for my connected Samsung s10 during incoming calls.

The caller can hear me, but I can't hear them until I disconnect the Bluetooth

There's nothing obvious in any of the settings.

Any ideas?
There was a post with a similar problem, but I can't find it.
