Is there anyone around the St Paul MN area that’s has the extended license for Forscan? I installed LED turn signal and reverse lights in my ford explorer and I have the hyper flash and wanna get that fixed, any suggestions or if someone is local that can fix this?

How do I download Forscan? And go about getting that free license trial? I don’t know much about Forscan but hear a lot about it.

I misread your original post, thought you already had forscan and the license expired.

You can go to the forscan.org page and download forscan for windows, then pick the 2 month free trial to get the license.
You'll also need an OBD2 interface for the PC.
Forscan is a little intimidating at first, you can search this forum or Youtube videos on how to use it. The Forscan webpage itself has a lot of information.

I just started using Forscan myself and this tutorial helped me a ton!

To turn off the hyper flash go on BdyCM and disable both front bulb turn outage and rear bulb turn outage.

CrazyFord, sent you a PM.
I'm in the SE suburbs.
I've used FORSCAN to mod both our ST and our Lincoln MKX.
Even did the AppleCarPlay/AndroidAuto full screen mod to the center screen.

It's all fairly painless/easy.

I started modding ECUs with my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Found out that a good USB dongle is a better option than Bluetooth dongles (and usually cheaper).
Less chance of communication interruptions/issues.
