Has anyone found anybody who makes a HO alternator for 3.0L Ecoboost Explorers ? I need more than 220A for audio system upgrade.

Unless you’re doing a giant SPL system you may not. What are your plans?
4K rms ?

5K rms Watts max. At 84aH/1000W norm ? Seems a bit high to Me for music. But I'm short ! Xtra battery(127aH) and 630F Ultra Cap from XS Power are in hand. But I'm concerned that Stock alternator won't be able to keep up

You’ll never draw that much just playing music. I ran over 3K rms of A/B power for several years with nothing extra on the electrical but an XS Power D4800 replacement battery. I run an X2 Power battery now and I’m up to about 3500 rms with zero issues.
Tweeters and midranges draw very very little actual power even on big transient passes. Run class D for your subs and you’ll have less draw than A/B and give the electrical a break.
Focus on the install quality and use good wiring…you’ll be fine.
