I have wired up my dashcam and have taken my auxiliary fuse (#37) and used it for my dashcam as one of the other posts did. I am now looking for an auxiliary fuse to hook my radar detector back into. I have tried a few and I keep running into an issue where it's either an always on or it times out after 1-2 minutes and my radar turns off. Any advice?

Share it with the dashcam. Some people also tap the rearview mirror harness.

Dash cam is a Mongol front and rear for the F150 before they made them for the explorer. The radar detector is a Uniden R8W

Just use a mirror tap. I have my Uniden R8 hooked to my mirror. Blendmount sells them! IMG_6330.jpg

I dont plan to. Ill have to look into the part then. I just like the clean wiring look for all my devices.
