I just changed my purge valve. Cel came back. How do I clean the filler. The other issue I have is that when I go to fill up the truck it constantly clicks off if you go full throttle on the fuel nozzle. Any info.

Don't know what year you have but the fuel filler tube may be faulty. TSB 22-2433

Did you get a OEM purge valve from ford? or one off amazon or something, I've heard the cheaper non OEM ones fail early. For the fill issue you need to vent the fumes 1st, put in the nozzle all the way wait a couple seconds then pull it out just a little then it should work without clicking off every few seconds, the directions are on the back of the fuel door.

I bought a Napa brand one off rocauto. It’s only 3 weeks old and I’m still getting the codes.

Also only fill only until the pump clicks off (when its working Correctly) as you do not want to over fill as hard as it is to resist making the dollar amount even ( We all have done it admit it! LOL ) stop pumping when it shuts off.

I always fill till it clicks. Changed the purge valve. I have a fenfab intake with their revision to the vacuum lines. All new vacuum lines. I’ve done it all. I still get the evap code. Or one that says evap no description. I really want to sell this car but I’m chasing this cel. I’m thinking of going to the afe intake
