Just replaced the front diff for the second time.
Anyone have similar issues - is there an upgrade to the front diff or build to take increased torque?

I can see the bearing. Not many reports of front diffs imploding even on high HP Explorers. Not a lot of fluid capacity up front. I change driveline fluids every 30k for cheap insurance. I run full synthetic 90/140.
yeah pretty much. first one was covered under warranty but this one is out of pocket. looking for solutions. heavier fluid changed more often maybe ♂️
