So I have had my 2025 ST for a week now, 300 miles. I can’t get it to connect to Ford Pass. It wouldn’t connect at the dealership so the salesman told me to try again when I got it home. I contacted Ford pass and they are telling me it’s still in transport mode and now there is an issue with the modem not communicating. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks for any insight on this issue.

I have a 2025 ST purchased new in February. No issues until within the last 2 weeks. I noticed I was not receiving the xtra Sirius channels that I actually preset. In calling Sirius and ATT I have discovered that the FORD PASS app is not working properly. Looking at vehicle location it was not updating from 2 weeeks ago, remote start, lock and unlock did not work. So my sales agent and I worked for a couple of hours trying to do a factory reset And re entering my profile. Now it will not let me login to my google acct and will not let me renter my VIN into the FORD PASS app. I guess I’m looking at taking it in for service on the modem. Anyone else have this happen, and able to reset without taking in for service?
