I recently learned about this company, Advanced Fuel Dynamics from a guy in one of my hot rod circles who was using this module on a single turbo build of his to gain flex fuel capability. The ProFlex Commanders are apparently pretty popular on vehicles who's ECUs don't support an ethanol sensor and I reached out to the company regarding the 3.0EB as an application. The response was encouraging -
" We are working on the flex fuel solution for the EB platform. We have the technology patented for direct injection flex fuel but we need to test on several vehicles to see if the fuel systems can safely support E85 and if not, what needs to be done to make them safe."
May be some cool developments on the horizon for folks like myself who don't have regular access to E85.
