Firmware of APIM

Hi all, After updating my 2020 Ford Explorer APIM firmware via Forscan:

• Seat massage stopped working
• Horn not working
• Navigation still set to NA

I want to either rollback APIM to the previous firmware or change navigation region to the Middle East.
My codes: U024B, U024C, U024H, U024G

Has anyone done this successfully? Which tools or technicians do you recommend (UCDS Pro, CyanLabs, etc.)?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
