So did you install an intercooler as well, or was the issue that the Inlet on the Intercooler changed for 25/26. I'm sure you're capable and know what you're doing, but you're the first I've heard with any issues from Fenfab, basically ever. I know that I had recently ordered a CVF intercooler, and due to the wait times for their new "redesign" for the 25-26, they just sent me a 20-24 Intercooler and Hot/Cold pipes so I could stop waiting.

I spoke to the guy that’s probably installed more of FenFab cold side pipes on 25-26 cars, which are identical, than anyone else. All you need is the pipe and his adapter. There have been no fitment issues with the right two parts in hand.
Got a pic of the adapter? Seriously, mine would not fit no matter what! If it's the adapter issue, then Brett should've mentioned it in my first email to him regarding the issue. Nevertheless, there were a couple of other small characteristics that I didn't exactly prefer. I purchased another brand that works perfectly and I had zero headaches. It's all good and I appreciate your thoughts.

Hi Buck! I didn't install an intercooler; only the Fenfab pipe. No matter what I did, it simply would not fit. It was about an 1" to 1.5" too long. The adapter would've made no difference. The first car I restored into a restomod was a 1957 Chevrolet 210. That was just the beginning! I also have a 2016 Challenger R/T Scat Pack with some SRT goodies. It's a show car mostly, but I'll "exercise" it, too! Thank you for your thoughts. I purchased another brand that's working perfectly. I know it doesn't add any horsepower as some have mentioned, but I'm sure the airflow is smoother. As a side thought, the air tube and the airbox design on the 2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor was changed in the 2004 year model Given there was some "alleged" slight OE Ford tuning during production, the 2004 was then rated at 250 horsepower, up from the 239 horsepower in 2003. Ironically, the 2004 airbox and air tube (called the "Zip tube" at the time) was a perfect direct fit on the 2003 year model.

Forced induction cars won’t ever notice that flattened pipe. The cross section inside is about equal to the smaller, round end. This was discussed heavily early on. I even cut one apart and measured it. The cold side pipe is a zero HP part.
Are you using the OE charge pipe? I would like to read the discussion if you wouldn't mind letting me know where it is. For something that "is a zero HP part," there's a lot of them sold. The only turbocharged car I've ever owned was a 1979 turbocharged Trans Am with the WS6 performance package. This Explorer ST is the second one.

The only turbocharged car I've ever owned was a 1979 turbocharged Trans Am with the WS6 performance package. This Explorer ST is the second one.
A lot of them are sold because 99% of them use the BOV flange option to add a BOV.
