EAPS Error - is it me or WTF?

Hey everyone. Situation 2025 ST with 6300 miles on it. Received a low voltage and electronic assisted power steering (EAPS) error. It went away and came back. Took it to the dealer and it’s been there for 6 days and they finally replaced the steering rack but could not “program it”. WTF on three levels. First that it needs to be replaced. Second that it took 6 days for them to replace and still will not get it back till next week. Third that they could not program it and openly said they have had other issues programming other new STs. Is it me or is it a complete fail on their part?

I would try a different dealer if they can't fix the issue.
