E50 in colder climates

We recently bought a 2023 ST, it is a blast to drive...
I used the search but couldn't find any posts on using an E85/Premium fuel mixture in colder climates. I did see that E50 will yield greater results at warmer ambient temps but is it worth the hassle here in northern Indiana? Is it best to reserve that for temps north of 50F or 70F? Thanks!

You need an E50 specific tune to run that blend.
If you’re unsure you should always test the fuel to see what the actual ethanol content is…but you can run as high as E30 without a specific tune.

On an untuned vehicle it's best to stick with Premium?
It's noticeably different running premium than regular 87.
