Drivers side power window problem

I'm aware of the posts concerning the drivers side window and I've done my homework. However, I'm still left with a question, and the question is "Was the dealer fix software or hardware, perhaps a new switch???

I'm aware of the posts concerning the drivers side window and I've done my homework. However, I'm still left with a question, and the question is "Was the dealer fix software or hardware, perhaps a new switch???

My driver's door window stopped working twice almost a year to the date between them...both times it started working 30~45 minutes later.....then the window bounce started on both front doors....both door modules were updated with new firmware last summer so far so good.
