I haven't seen any threads on this for the 2025 model year Explorer, so I thought I'd share. There have been a few different methods over the years to disable the seatbelt chime, and I confirmed this method does work on my 2025 ST.
1. Enter vehicle, make sure parking brake is on.
2. Put ignition in accessory mode, and watch for airbag indicator to disappear(about 3 seconds).
3. Clip and unclip seatbelt 4 times. (If done properly, the seatbelt indicator will begin to blink.
4. You are done. You can start the vehicle and drive.
This method can be repeated for the passenger and rear seats as well.
This video shows how it's done on a Ford Super-Duty, but it's the same process for us.
