Different graphics for red ST mirror lights?

Has anyone looked at how the red "ST" logo puddle lights are actually constructed? I wonder if anyone could look into making different graphics / filters for them?

There are many aftermarket puddle light kits that allow a huge variety of customization and you can just block the stock ST lights with tape.
