Deep cleaning the undercarriage

Any tips? I’ve seen a few detailing videos where they’re using chemicals and then going back and spraying a lubricant on suspension components. Unsure if that’s necessary on the ST but wanted to get some opinions on what to use as a lubricant and where the biggest needs would be

I don't clean but periodically spray Fluid Film on any rust I see.
