Pulling the complete exhaust of my explorer for a thermal setup and new down pipes. Used cvfab down pipes installed earlier this year. Older Magnaflow exhaust came with explorer. Nothing wrong with exhaust just not a Magnaflow fan. Down pipes have a crack on passenger side could be repaired. Asking 1400 for both. What would you ask for just the down pipes? Active duty Crayon eater up in 29 Palms. Also what was you take on both installed? Did you like the sound? What are you changing to?

Im not a huge Magnaflow fan. I have the thermal exhaust on my FiST and prefer that sound over the Magnaflow. Also, my lady doesn't like the sound, she says it's loud LOL. They do sound good and have a good tone, but swapping over to the thermal 3" and new CVFAB down pipes. I'm swapping everything since I didn't purchase the down pipes from a vendor, and I can't warranty them for cracks. The downpipe needs to be welded up so you don't get the check engine light. If there's a hobby shop at 29 Palms and you can wait about a week or so for my new parts to arrive, complete system installation for $1,600 or $ 350 for just the downpipes. Easier on a lift versus doing it on jack stands, lol.

Yeah, the hobby shop up here is cool. I don't think they have a welder. Let me know once they're off. I also want the 3" thermal setup, but the downpipes would be cool to have as well. Did you buy new downpipes again or go back to stock?

Oh ok. Maybe a good fab or muffler shop can fix it. But yeah I bought a complete new system from HSF. Just waiting for it to ship out
