CVF down pipes and Thermal R&D exhaust install with CEL

Ok guys. Finally the snow has melted here in the NE and I've gotten around to doing my down pipes and exhaust.
Everything seemed straightforward going together fit and finish wise. Now I'm throwing a CEL and idol is rough. Driving and beating on it everything is smooth.
My questions are:
- Am I missing something? Defoulers seemed to go in ok nothing is melted.
I just want to solve this before continuing to the intercooler, piping and tune .
- Should I continue on and when I install the ZFG tune will it correct itself?

A tune won’t correct a hardware issue and if this started after the install, you have a hardware issue. I would start by making sure the downpipe flange is actually sealed to the outlet on the turbo.

I used these on my CVFAB DP's and did not get any CEL's or issues.

Did you use those in place of the supplied ones because of this or because you had no others?
Summit is 18 minutes from me. I could be there and back faster than it would take me to actually fix this! :LOL:

It's reading slow response on the O2 both #1 sensors on bank 1 and 2 in addition to the P0300 misfire.
UNBROKEN is probably on to something since both are pre cat sensors. I got another set of CVF gaskets on the way just in case.

What code are you getting? Also I think your defoulers are in the incorrect place, you have them on your primary o2 sensors, not the secondaries like they need to be

P0133 & P0153...is that why code reads "slow response" on #1 sensors (top ones)? Ugh....:cautious:
Take a look at the photos...let me know.

Exactly why you're getting those codes, top sensors are primaries they are the ones that read afrs and help the ecu make closed loop corrections.

So I did my YouTube research last night. After watching Houston Speed Freaks (Travis) and Tyler Clark vids you are 100% correct SlowSTExploder!
I can not believe I didn't look in to that further before diving into that! I suppose I was so excited it wasn't -10 with 16" of snow I didn't care!:LOL:
Well, the good news everything should come apart easily now heh:cautious:
Those guys go through the pain so we don't have to find out the hard way.....like this lol
