Good deal for someone. If you told them you got a newer one after the failure, they'd have probably just upgraded you for $100, or maybe even free. They have pretty good customer service.

Yes, they do have great customer service. I also had an issue with rust on Steeda springs. They stood behind their product as well and sent me a new set. Ultimately i ended replacing with Eibach springs as the stance is better and a bit lower.
