Hey Guys,

Anyone having connectivity issues with their 25' explorer? I have a 25 ST...1200 miles on it currently. Two days ago my maps just left me stuck in the middle of town and it hasn't updated since. I've tried to do 2 factory resets now...each time saying factory reset failed. My Fordpass app won't update anything at all either...not sure if thats related or not. ( gas, vehicle mileage all not accurate)

Also not sure if it's related or not but would make sense if it is...my Bluecruise won't seem to activate which makes me believe it's because of the map's issue.

Anyone else have this problem yet?

My '25 is buggy too, stuff like no map available on speedo screen, rear entry sometimes works with the button, sometimes doesn't. It's a Ford, so I guess I expect it. My '24 BMW had issues too, SMH.

This is really the first issue i've had and it's minor..at the end of the day apple carplay maps still work but still...1200 miles and already an issue lmao. Love this car im not trashing it by any means

Update- My Ford Tech at my dealership did a reprogram, said the gateway module was glitched out. Seems to have fixed everything so far, told me the A-pin issue is growing with the new explorer's...could be a future problem for people.

so another update on this- gateway module is definitely going to be an issue, we just had another customer stop in with his ST with 3200 miles same issues, green lines going across screen as well. expecting a recall soon. Reprogram fixed it but this seems to be a pretty recurring thing for 25's

My 2025 ST has the exact same problem, has been in the dealer three times for repair, replaced the antenna with negative results. They ordered a new TCM (telecommunication module) scheduled to arrive this week for installation keeping my fingers crossed. This has been an on going problem since 600 miles and it now has 13K
