HELP! anyone have ANY thoughts to what is making this clicking noise in the front end??

started shortly after installing Rotora BBK.
dealership has been scratching their heads for a year trying to find the source. They’ve replaced pretty much everything that rotates up front.
sounds like baseball card in bicycle spokes when turning hard, in drive and reverse.
any thoughts are appreciated!!

Can't see/listen the video, marked as private but from what you are describing, it very well maybe the drilled rotors making a noise. If the holes aren't chamfered, they can be noisy. What does the MFG. have to say?

Is it only when turning? CV axle probably going out.
Yes it’s only when turning. I reposted the video. Let me get a list of what the dealership has already replaced but pretty sure CV axels was done already. ‍This has been going on for almost a year and multiple visits to the dealership, including another one tomorrow morning.
