Just realized I posted to the same forum. Not sure how to delete this duplicate. Sorry.
I have found a bunch of post and most seem to point to the ACM that is located in the rear on the passenger side. What I cant find is anyone detailing how and what they had to remove to access it. Does anyone happen to have this info? Would be greatly appreciated. Purchased in 2020 with 14k miles. Just over 50k now and this happened. Latest SYNC software and have done all the easy options that I was able to find.
1. Power button and the right arrow to reset the radio.
2. Master Reset.
3. Disconnected the negative battery cable for 20 minutes.
4. Turned the car off, opened the drivers door, locked it, closed the door and waiting for 3 minutes and turned it back on.
Thanks!
