Anyone have tips for removing the front seat leather?

I have the "Multicontour Seats with Active Motion" and I find them a little uncomfortable. Covid lock downs have made me fat. At any rate, I bought a piece of 1/2" thick foam cushioning at an upholstery shop and I put it on the seats down the center and I find it much much better.

What I want to do is remove the seat cover and put the foam under the covers. It appears to be pretty straight forward, the back pops off, and I just remove the original Leather and then reassemble.

I like to know what I am getting into, I will figure it out if no one knows. But how do you take apart the seat, does anyone have a how-to guide?

Just wanting to make sure I do not break my panels in the process. If anyone knows any tips or tricks

Thank You

John
