Any good write ups on replacing spark plugs?

I have done my own tune ups on cars my whole life. Not unfamiliar with it at all. But these, especially the passenger side look a little harder to get to than average.
just curious if there are any good write ups or videos to show the easiest way to get to them if anyone has one.

Quick question.. the foam piece covering the fuel pump.. video says not really important.

Can we confirm that? I just shredded mine to pieces trying to get the thing off lol
