I'm at a point in life where I'm sick of constant exhaust noise. I can't do it anymore but I appreciate when you guys do as I get to hear it in another way lol So I don't think I would be happy going full exhaust or even a downpipe.

I'm looking to add an electronic cutout to the factory exhaust and try to get a little sound when needed. I admit, I'm aware it might sound terrible. Has anyone found a company that has a good orientation for the ST stock exhaust?

Maybe put the cutouts at the yellow points? Just dump it straight down with a turn down

Have you looked into valvetronic? Kit is everything you need and even integrate with the homelink so opening and closing is super OEM looking. Not the sound for everyone but cool option.

Granatelli offers true cutouts if you are not trying to replace with a Valvetronic muffler kit. However, you would most likely have to cut and install before the hangers on the longer section of pipe. As far as the sound is concerned, may be a too much. I've used Granatelli on my hot rods and boy do they make a difference.
